Los Angeles police found a couple in an Encino home on Monday with gunshot wounds, before the apparent murder victims were declared dead by fire department paramedics.

Kaye also notably handled music supervision for multiple years of Miss America and Miss USA pageants, as well as for Lip Sync Battle. Robin Kaye, an American Idol boss, and her husband were fatally shot in their Encino, Los Angeles, home. Alleged murder suspect Raymond Boodarian reportedly lived just minutes away from them in a neighbourhood packed with celebrities.

Police found the victims while responding to the home in Encino on Monday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
