Dallas Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer did not shy away from the reality that the coaching staff needs to be better after getting blown out by the Broncos.

After the Cowboys’ 44-24 loss to Denver, Brian Schottenheimer said discipline and inconsistency, not effort, are holding the team back.
