Emma Watson can't drive a car in the U.K. for six months after racking up too many points. A 'Harry Potter' costar gets the same penalty, same court, same day.

Emma Watson is temporarily hitting the brakes on driving. Watson, who is known for her iconic role as Hermione Granger in the " Harry Potter " film franchise, has been banned from driving in the United Kingdom for six months, according to U.K. Press Association.

In addition to her driving ban, the British actress was fined £1,044 by High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
