New Auburn Tigers quarterback Jackson Arnold suffered through highs and lows with the Oklahoma Sooners, and he thinks he's come out better for it.

Jackson Arnold was supposed to be the next great quarterback at Oklahoma-- a five-star prospect who lit up Texas high school football. But things unraveled fast. He was benched just four games into his first season as the Sooners' starter in 2024.

Arnold was one of the players invited to speak during SEC Media Days in Atlanta, as Auburn was one of the four teams represented on Tuesday. Naturally, Arnold was asked about his return to Oklahoma in an interview on the SEC Network.
