A 79-year-old Jacksonville man who wandered off the summit of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire has prompted a multi-day search by state parks personnel, wildlife officers and volunteers, the New Hampshire Fish & Game Law Enforcement Division said.

79-year-old William "Bill" Davis was reported missing around 6 p.m. on Wednesday by his wife. He wandered off the summit of Mt. Washington after taking the Cog Train to the top. According to Davis's wife, he was last seen in the area of the observation deck around 3:20 p.m.
