Current Cleveland Browns season ticket holders received a survey from the team today with questions about the building of a new stadium in Brook Park.

PSLs are a paid license that allows the holder the right to buy season tickets for specific seating within the stadium. The PSL holder can also sell the seats or use them for game day. The Browns would be able to alter the prices of PSLs depending on location, so not all PSLs would have the same value attached.

The survey says personal seat license pricing could start as low as $500 per seat. The highest-priced PSL mentioned was $149,300 for seats at the 50-yard-line.

In Week 10 (Sunday at 1 p.m. ET), quarterback Justin Fields and the New York Jets will meet the Cleveland Browns. Last time out, he went 21-for-32 for 244 yards, with one touchdown. Game Time: 1 p.m.
