BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Associated Press has declared New York State Senator Sean Ryan the winner in the race for Buffalo mayor. Ryan, the Democratic candidate, faced off against two other candidates, Republican James Gardner and Independent Michael Gainer.
