Cromer and Sheringham in north Norfolk have come together in a joint bid in the first ever UK Town of Culture competition.

No1 Cromer, an award-winning fish and chip shop in north Norfolk, has launched a new dining menu in its upstairs restaurant.

Tides Bistro on Cromer pier is currently undergoing renovation works. The eatery closed earlier this year and officials had told locals that the restaurant would be reopening in time for Easter.

Locals have been battling to reopen Benjamin Court in Cromer for nearly three years after its reablement service was shut in June 2023.

Cromer Parish Church will take part in the annual World Day of Prayer’s 38-hour prayer event on Friday March 6, at 2pm.
