Detroit Lions add 3 offensive linemen to practice squad
The Detroit Lions are bringing in a bunch of offensive line reinforcements this week. Not only have they started the evaluation clock on fifth-round rookie Miles Frazier, but the team announced on Wednesday that they have added three offensive linemen to their practice squad: Jack Conley, Chris Hubbard, and Netane Muti.
The Detroit Lions continue to work towards returning players from their injury lists, and on Wednesday, coach Dan Campbell announced that the team is starting the 21-day injury evaluation clock on rookie offensive lineman Miles Frasier.
The Lions believe Frazier can play guard or tackle, which certainly fits their needs with some struggles and injuries all over the offensive line.
The Lions were in a precarious spot as the deadline approached. Most of the positions on the roster had adequate depth, and all — except the secondary and offensive line — have a relatively healthy starting unit at the moment.
