A flood warning was released by the NWS Pendleton OR on Friday at 10:26 p.m. in effect until Saturday at 4 p.m. for Kittitas County.
"The tidal overflow threat continues to decrease as the tide lowers and rainfall rates diminish. Thus the Coastal Flood Advisory will be allowed to expire," states the National Weather Service.
