The Phillipsburg high school football team’s contest with Colonia in the NJSIAA/Xfinity North 2 Group 4 semifinal was a battle of contrasting play styles. The Stateliners attempted just four passes, while Colonia handed the ball off just four times. In the end, Phillipsburg’s ground game reigned supreme.

One defense, Horvath and Heidenreich are going to create some plays. If you remember back to the game last year, Horvath created some hero plays at times. If you're Notre Dame, limiting the dive back will be key. If the Midshipmen aren't efficient as an early down running team, it drastically hurts their ceiling as an offensive attack.
