LAS VEGAS -- The rookie class for the Philadelphia 76ers consists of No. 3 overall pick VJ Edgecombe, second-rounder Johni Broome--who get the most attention--and undrafted guard Hunter Sallis.
LAS VEGAS — The Charlotte Hornets defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 96-94 in the NBA 2K26 Summer League at Thomas & Mack Center on Saturday.

Edgecombe faced the No. 5 pick of the Utah Jazz, Ace Bailey. He outperformed the 6-foot-10 forward and had 28 points on 13-of-27 shooting. The 76ers' rookie added 10 rebounds, four assists, two blocks, and one steal in his debut.
