Tropical Storm Melissa is expected to bring days of heavy rain to the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica and may trigger life-threatening flash flooding, the National Hurricane Center says.

Imelda and Humberto have both dissipated in the Atlantic, but the National Hurricane Center is tracking another storm, Tropical Storm Humberto, in the Pacific. Tropical Storm Octave is spinning over the tropical eastern Pacific, according to the NHC.
