OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - It’s official: Omaha City Council Vice President Brinker Harding says he will run for Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District seat.
In an interview, the representative discusses his decision to not seek re-election after years of nail-biter wins.
“Nebraska two is one of those races that is extremely competitive, it has been for at lease the last decade,” said Randall Adkins, UNO Professor of Political Science.
