A fatal shooting occurred at Patrick’s Bar on Nameoki Road in Granite City early this morning, resulting in the death of one person.

A 30-year-old woman suffered serious injuries, having a tourniquet applied to her leg after falling up to 15 feet in the Granite Mountain area.
