We preview the five NFL games on FOX this weekend, including a rematch of Giants-Eagles just two weeks after New York's surprising upset.

After an 11-2 run for NFL favorites against the spread in Week 8, underdogs barked back in the previous slate, going 9-6, and three of them covered lines that were 8.5 points or more.

You just knew, after only one one-score game in Week 8, the NFL would make up for it Sunday. Two underdogs of more than a touchdown won outright. Multiple games ended on walk-off field goals. The Bears and Bengals engaged in delirium.

Multiple games went down to the wire, including one finish in Cincinnati that may prove to be the wildest finish of the season. And in the day’s most anticipated matchup, the Buffalo Bills survived a last-gasp effort from the Kansas City Chiefs.

Week 9 of the NFL schedule will give the shrinking number of remaining survivor pool players some solid options. Unless the Cincinnati Bengals were your pick, there wasn't a whole lot of carnage in Week 8 as most favorites pulled through.

NFL Films agreed that it looked like a vintage throwback matchup. In a post on Thursday night, NFL Films put out a side-by-side comparison of when the Broncos played the Cowboys in Super Bowl XII and Week 8. The comparison had similar camera angles from the 1970s to now, fans (look at the hairdos!) and of course, the classic NFL Films soundtrack.
