Ozzy Osbourne's final concert with Black Sabbath raised $190 for charity. Proceeds for the July 5 show benefited Cure Parkinson's (which Osbourne suffers from), Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorn Children's Hospice.

Grand Central Publishing, Ozzy details his recent health struggles. "People say to me, if you could do it all again, knowing what you know now, would you change anything?" Osbourne writes, according to a press release.
