Lakers forward Dalton Knecht bounces back from a slow start with a 25-point breakout in NBA Summer League, silencing early critics.

Dalton Knecht, the sophomore sharpshooter for the Los Angeles Lakers, struggled in his first two games of the California Classic over the weekend. But on Tuesday, he returned to form and flexed his potential.

He was selected in the first round of the 2024 NBA draft (No. 17 overall) by the Lakers. During his rookie season, Knecht played 78 games, averaging 9.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.3 steals per game.
