**CLASSIC “HEAT BURST” PHENOMENON EXPERIENCED TONIGHT IN RUSSELL, MANITOBA** Tonight what’s known as a “Heat Burst” was experienced. This was associated with a severe thunderstorm that slammed its way into Harrowby on its way to Russell. At first this storm was packing potential wind gusts of up to 105km/h as it crossed into Western Manitoba from Saskatchewan.
