Easy Creamy Coleslaw

I love coleslaw, it’s great as a side for a main meal or in sandwiches. I’ve been trying different variations of this simple recipe for a long time and this is the best one I’ve made so far. Coleslaw recipe: - 1 large onion, sliced as thinly as you can 1 carrot, thinly sliced or grated 1 red or white cabbage A large pinch of salt A large pinch of pepper 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt/skyr 1 teaspoon of nigella seeds How to make it: - mix every
