No but honestly hustle culture ain’t it. Trying to get out of the pattern of pushing myself too much and then my body demanding rest and then immediately going back to pushing myself too much. What’s wild is that this is actually way better than I used to be. I used to just completely barrel through my body’s signals, if I was even aware of them.
