Our newest fosters are five 10-day old orphaned kittens. They had a rough start to life but are settling in well. Care for kittens this age includes bottle feeding and then stimulating them to go every three hours, keeping them in a warm environment since they can't regulate their own temperature, and dedicated tracking of all health information (weight, feeding and waste patterns, behavior, etc.) several times a day.
